We provide an all-in-one service: developing samples from your originals or tech packs, sourcing fabrics and trims, manufacturing production orders, handling labeling, packaging, and door-to-door shipping. Partnering with specialized factories focused on mid to high quality production, we offer a wide range of knit and woven products.
We typically receive tech packs, but you’re welcome to send muslin samples if you’d prefer to create the first set in your own studio. We ensure your design is accurately reflected in the final sample.
We’ll work with you to ensure samples are production-ready and review cost efficiency for volume orders, including your chosen fabrics and trims. Patterns are created in Gerber and remain fully proprietary.
As part of our service, we offer fabric and trim sourcing through our dedicated on-the-ground team, ensuring access to a wide range of options. Our Saigon studio features an extensive swatch library for your selection.
We aim to source all trims for our clients to minimize your sourcing efforts. Please note, sourcing is not offered as a stand-alone service.
We begin by reviewing your requirements and providing a timeline. To meet your delivery deadlines for both sampling and production, we need your finalized designs.
Our skilled pattern makers translate your designs, and our seamstresses carefully craft your samples. You’ll stay in close contact with our studio, and we’ll request any additional details needed during the process. You’ll receive detailed images for review and feedback before the samples are shipped for final fit approval.
Our goal is to get it right the first time, but if adjustments are needed, samples can be returned for revisions. Sampling typically takes 2–4 weeks, including sourcing of your selected fabrics.
Once your samples are approved, we’re ready to receive your production orders. We start by grading your patterns based on your measurement guide, and after you approve the specs, we move into production.
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, including fabric import. We produce from 50 units per style/color for emerging brands up to 10,000 units per style for mid-size and high-volume brands.
Our goal is to give new brands a competitive edge with reliable, on-time service and pricing that’s often more competitive than local production. Pricing is volume-based, and we closely manage all aspects of production and timelines—we’re known for delivering on schedule.
